Customer Service Specialist
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Specialist to respond to inbound phone calls, easy troubleshooting, chat/email/text support, customer resolution, and more in our Garland TX location. You will be assisting our Kandi electric car owners.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls for technical support
- Coordinate between Kandi electric car owners and dealership or service center
- Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
- Follow up the cases from Kandi electric car owners
- Ensure Kandi electric car owners are satisfied with our solutions
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6 months Customer Service experience (in person or over the phone)
- Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
- Problem solving skills
- PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 35 wpm)
- Regular and punctual attendance is a must
